 a multidisciplinary audience from across the state.  Participants typicall
 y include domestic violence service providers\, nonprofit organizations\, 
 law enforcement agencies\, and state employees working on issues ranging f
 rom behavioral health services to human resources to the criminal justice 
 system.  DV101 provides an overview of the dynamics and prevalence of dome
 stic violence\, and teaches participants effective advocacy skills that su
 pport safety and empowerment across systems.  \n\nThe Fall 2020 session of
  DV101 will be held virtually through the month of September.  Our goal is
  to integrate the same concepts\, information\, and resource connections t
 hat would be part of our face-to-face training.  This virtual series incor
 porates a combination of self-study (recorded webinars with associated act
 ivities) and live instruction.  Live instruction will be held via Zoom.\n
 \nBy registering for this training event\, you are registering for the ent
 ire series.  All registered participants will receive connection informati
 on\, instructions for self-study activities\, and a detailed course schedu
 le approximately two weeks prior to the first training date.  In order to 
 access and fully engage in the training\, participants will need a device 
 with internet connection\, microphone/speakers (through computer or device
 \, or through the phone)\, and webcam (optional\, but strongly recommended
