 >Presenters</u></b>\n\n<b>Nancy Castellanos-Garcia</b> is the Program Dire
 ctor at Abriendo Puertas. Nancy graduated from Wilmington University with 
 a degree in Psychology and has been part of People’s Place Abriendo Puerta
 s Program since 2009. Nancy is known as a strong advocate who is dedicated
  to serving the state’s vulnerable community. She is passionate about lead
 ing her staff in educating the community about domestic violence and servi
 ng as a mentor to sustain human services professionals throughout their ca
 reers. \n\n<b>Cierra Hall-Hipkins</b> is a shining example of how a single
  individual can positively impact their community. Possessing a strong com
 mitment to improving the lives of those around her\, Cierra has dedicated 
 her career to helping others.   ​Cierra has a bachelor's degree in Rehabil
 itation Counseling from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a wea
 lth of experience in leadership positions. She has over 10 years of experi
 ence in leadership positions at multiple nonprofit organizations.   ​In 20
 19\, Cierra co-founded Network Connect\, where she currently serves as the
  Executive Director. Cierra is also a Board Member for the Delaware Coalit
 ion Against Domestic Violence and has successfully spearheaded initiatives
  to expand organizations’ reach. Her commitment to improving the well-bein
 g of others was recognized in 2022 by Technically Delaware\, who named her
  the Culture Builder of the Year.\n\n<b>Sue Ryan</b> is the Executive Dire
 ctor of the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence\, a statewide\, n
 onprofit organization and coalition of organizations\, groups and individu
 als that strive to promote conditions that prevent and eliminate domestic 
 violence by educating its members and community partners\; providing infor
 mational resources to the community\; and advocating as a strong\, unified
  voice for victims/survivors of domestic violence\, children who are affec
 ted\, domestic violence programs and victim service providers.  Ms. Ryan h
 as over 25 years of experience working within the non-profit field\, worki
 ng with diverse communities\, all committed to social justice. She has ser
 ved as an attorney\, program developer\, administrator\, and advocate\, as
 sisting homeless persons\, refugees\, families struggling with poverty and
  victims of crimes.   Ms. Ryan obtained her Bachelor of Science from Bosto
 n College and her law degree from the University of California\, Los Angel
