DCADV is hosting a FREE* CLE training for family law/pro bono attorneys and those providing legal services to victims/survivors of domestic violence.

Topics include:
-Collecting and admitting electronic evidence in domestic violence cases
-The impact of trauma on a case for survivors and advocates
-Ethical issues that arise when working with survivors of abuse on civil cases

Presenters:
-Ian Harris, JD, Technology Safety Legal Manager, National Network to End Domestic Violence Safety Net Project
-Mariann Kenville-Moore, LCSW, DVS, Director of Advocacy & Policy, Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence
-Marcey Rezac, LCSW, DVS, Policy Coordinator, Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence
-Laura Carothers Graham, Esq., Managing Attorney, Delaware Medical-Legal Partnership & Immigration Program, Community Legal Aid Society, Inc.

5 CLEs are pending (1.0 of Ethics) through Widener University Delaware Law School. Breakfast and a boxed lunch will be provided.

*There is no charge for this training; however, there will be a $1.50/CLE credit reporting fee for attorneys licensed in Pennsylvania.

Registration will open in late September. This session will be held in Dover, DE. The same session will be held in Wilmington, DE on 10/30/18.
