What’s the address? Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center, 1 Baltimore Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971
Where should I park? Free parking in the hotel lot of available for overnight guests only. Parking is also available in the hotel lot for daytime attendees requiring accessible spaces. Free street parking is available on the streets surrounding the venue. Meters are not in effect during our event.
Will there be continuing education credits available? Yes! The conference has been approved for 9.5 continuing education units by the NASW-DE Chapter. DCADV will provide all the information needed for attendees to seek continuing education units for their respective disciplines, including a certificate of attendance/completion.
Where do I pick up my conference program and name badge? Registration/event check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. each day in the Club Lounge (street level, to the right of hotel registration). There will be signs and DCADV staff to help you find your way.
I’m registered, but now I’m not able to attend. What should I do? We're happy to switch your registration to someone from your agency. Refunds will be offered as per our cancellation policy.
DCADV’s Training Cancellation/Refund Policy: Please note that in order to receive refunds or credits, registered participants must notify the DCADV Training Team by phone (302-658-2958) or email (training@dcadv.org) no later than six business days (April 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.) before the scheduled training. Otherwise, all registrants, including no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund, and any registrants who have not prepaid will receive an invoice. Registrants receiving DCADV Training Scholarships are subject to the same policy and are not eligible for cancellation refunds or credits for the scholarship portion of their registration costs.
Will there be food? Continental breakfast, buffet lunch, and light refreshments during break times will be available to all registered participants.
What should I wear? Wear what makes you comfortable and confident! Many of the workshops include experiential activities, and we want you to feel at ease to move and participate freely. In addition, the temperatures in the conference session rooms may fluctuate, so if you know you normally get hot or cold, be prepared!

If you’re staying overnight at the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center, check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Please plan ahead so you don’t miss any of your workshop sessions! A private room for lactation and an all-gender, accessible restroom will be available.
We strive to ensure the comfort and safety of conference participants by encouraging a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment. The Atlantic Sands is a smoke-free facility.
We will not be providing paper copies of workshop materials unless requested by the presenter. Instead, all attendees will have access to workshop materials online.
