We will discuss the differences between legal custody and physical custody, primary residence, and visitation and allow time to answer questions from attendees. Our learning objective is to assist attendees with knowledge of the custody and visitation process in Delaware, with an emphasis on the “best interest of the child” factors so that they may best serve their clients who are seeking to file petitions either on their own or with the assistance of an attorney or non-profit agency.
