The Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence (DCADV) is the statewide, nonprofit coalition of agencies and individuals working to stop domestic violence in Delaware. We work in partnership with direct service providers, government officials, and business and community partners to promote equality in relationships as we strive to alter the social conditions that allow violence and abuse to occur. DCADV commends DE's House of Representatives and State Senate for the passage of the Equal Rights Amendment. The words "Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged on account of sex" are now part of the First State's constitution. We appreciate the work of the many women and men over the decades who have brought us to this historic occasion.
